Squash & Pink Pepper: acorn, butternut, and kombucha squash is what we’ll be utilizing this season. Halved, roasted, mixed with sea salt and agave (shoutout my no honey vegans) and finished with pink peppercorns for a floral note
We recently hit 1,900 followers (organically, we see y’all buying followers). Logan and Thomas did a little photo shoot to showcase them, and to celebrate we’ll be giving two people who like this post new shirts, rumor is if you share the
Apple & Grains: local apples are peeled, diced and added to a mixture of apple juice, sugar and citrus. We then cryovac them, and let these bad boys sit for 24 hours. Finally they’re tossed with our grain for this menu, barley.
